Use approximate location information to understand where the property is situated.

Use the platform’s secure enquiry process to ask the owner or authorised agent questions.

Agree a safe time and meeting point directly with the authorised lister.

Create a clear rental or sale advert and add suitable photographs.

Place the property pin. Its exact location is private by default; you may explicitly choose public exact visibility.

On-site GPS confirmation can add a verified-location badge but is not required for submission.

Submit the advert for moderation and manage its status from your account.

Provide accurate information for properties you are genuinely authorised to represent.

Choose each property’s map point and visibility: approximate by default, or exact if explicitly made public.

Handle enquiries from interested renters and buyers through the platform.
